With 20 years’ experience, Brian’s consulting work has seen him successfully lead multi-million-euro digital projects, design new service propositions and develop go-to-market strategies for clients ranging from small start-ups to global businesses, including:
- Implementation of integrated payments engine for Irish technology company
- Strategic review and new service definition project for client providing services to multi-nationals such as Google, Microsoft, World Health Organisation.
- Led a team to define the strategy, governance framework, organisational structure, resource requirements and processes for the new product management function of an international outsourced services business.
- For a global food client, Brian has been responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation and completion of multiple concurrent change management projects.
Brian holds an MBA from Smurfit Business School, an IMI Diploma in Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
