Niall is an experienced change practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in delivering profitable business transformations and complex change projects across multiple industries.

A strong financial services, business outsourcing and advisory background with complimentary experience across mergers and acquisitions, business and IT consultancy.

Niall has worked in a number of global locations including North America, APAC and EMEA from his time with financial services organisations including Bank of Ireland, HSBC, BNP Paribas, Rabobank and AMP Capital.

Prior to 3SIXTY, Niall was responsible for strategic transformation projects and integrations at a global outsourced services business which saw him build out the company’s project delivery structures and subsequently led the integration programme post a successful acquisition.

Niall is a confident relationship builder and proven leader focused on driving company performance through its people and process improvement.

Having led the delivery of a range of successful transformation programmes across diverse environments, Niall understands the importance of setting a business up for success through the adoption of digital tools and techniques.

Niall has a BSc. Business Studies from University of Limerick and is PRINCE2® qualified.
