Building a Sustainable Marketing Structure

Background & the Client Challenge

ADEC Arise is an award-winning provider of global workforce solutions with a 20-year track record of helping clients achieve excellence in outsourced customer and technical support.

Having gone through a period of transformation, and with ambitious future growth plans in mind, ADEC Arise recognised there was a need to bring some additional structure and focus to their Marketing efforts.

Understanding the value an independent third-party can bring to these situations, ADEC Arise made the decision to bring in 3SIXTY.

What We Did

Working closely with the Leadership Team, we started by clearly defining the proposition around key target business areas. We wanted to get very clear on the pain points the client can solve – for different clients in different sectors.

In parallel, we looked at a number of the key target sectors and jointly identified where disruption was happening. Specifically, disruption which would create an increase in demand for ADEC Arise’ solutions.

When the areas of focus had been agreed with the Leadership Team, we set about building sector-specific plans to capitalise on the disruptive changes we had identified.

These plans incorporated content, LinkedIn advertising, email activity as well as events.

We created relevant case studies, white papers, landing pages, and blogs which spoke directly to the specific industry pain points we had identified.

We also built databases of target audiences in both CRM and LinkedIn.

Working in partnership with the client, we provided ongoing support across the delivery of all campaign activity.

“I knew we needed some additional structure around our Marketing efforts. We needed to be more focussed. And we needed to have the right routines in place. I wanted a clear Marketing plan which would include all of this, and support our growth plans. And I wanted this plan to be based on solving specific pain points for specific clients in our key target sectors. What I get from 3SIXTY isn’t “high-level consultancy”. It’s the delivery of practical and focussed plans of action which increase awareness of our business in our target sectors”

Joe Cahalane, Managing Director, ADEC Arise

By understanding what needed to be done, and being open to bringing in some external support to make this happen, ADEC Arise saw the following benefits:

  • Clear definition of the proposition. Clarity on what we are selling and to whom
  • Focussed Marketing campaigns which speak to specific industry pain points
  • Improved Marketing structure and routines
  • High-quality materials/outputs created (case studies, white papers, landing pages, blogs)
  • Clarity on strategic direction and a clear Marketing plan to support this
  • A replicable and sustainable approach to Marketing activities
