As part of our getting to know you series, we feature our newest team member Niall Frawley, welcome to 3SIXTY Niall.

1. Coffee or Tea? Coffee all the way but never refuse a cup of tea either if offered

2. What is something that recently made you smile? I brought my 2 sons to their first hurling game in Pairc Ui Chaoimh and we lasted the full game…quite an achievement trust me🙂

3. What is the best advice you ever got? What’s for you won’t pass you by

4. What is the best advice you have ever given? In a work environment, “We are not saving lives.” Work is important but family, health and happiness trumps everything.

5. Tell us something randomly interesting about you? Lived and worked in Australia for nearly 10 years and have Australian citizenship. Here’s to retiring on the Gold Coast….

6. What are you passionate about? Advocating for my 3 children and ensuring they have access to the best resources in life. That and sport…I love GAA (especially supporting my home county of Clare) and Munster/Irish rugby teams

7. What is your guilty pleasure? Guinness, New Zealand Sauvignon and Coffee (not all together though)

8. What was the last project you worked on? As I’m relatively new to 3SIXTY, I’m going to say a large-scale integration project as part of an acquisition in my prior company. It was a carve out, extremely complex structures across multiple business functions and we were legally-bound to complete within a set time period. I gravitated between Integration Lead and Chief Counselling Officer roles supporting the team members in the acquired entity. Challenging but a lot of fun along the way.

9. Who is the person who had the greatest influence on you and why? I would say my wife Caroline and my parents. My parents always supported me in whatever decisions I made in life and Caroline is inspiring in how much work she gets through every day. She works 3-4 days a week in recruitment, organises all the kids’ activities and looks after us all….including me. Her energy and drive is unbelievable.

10. What would you like to think your friends say about you? I think they would say that Niall is sound, he’s reliable, always up for having fun and doesn’t take himself too seriously. But who knows….they probably have a different opinion of me, I’d be afraid to ask 🙂
