With a proven track record in leading transformation/change initiatives in a broad range of organizations, Brian demonstrates expertise in positively influencing change at a personal and business level.

Prior to founding 3SIXTY, Brian spent 20 years immersed in a diverse range of business environments, from large organizations to early-stage businesses. Previous to this, Brian held a range of senior executive roles in the Financial Services space.

In more recent years Brian has held directorships in a number of companies and not-for-profits.

Regarded by clients as a trusted advisor, Brian frequently becomes a de facto member of clients’ Boards and/or Senior Leadership Teams.

Brian is a qualified Business Coach, a Certified Mediator with the MII, an EQi Assessor and an Accredited Strengths Profile Practitioner.

Aidan Magner

Aidan is a recognised industry expert with over 25 years’ experience in operational transformation and supply chain management.

Passionate about working with clients to enable leaner operations while supporting leadership teams on transformation journeys.

With extensive experience of Manufacturing/Engineering/Pharma environments, Aidan has a proven track record in leading company-wide organisational transformations.

Aidan has significant international experience from working on projects all over the world including China, South-East Asia, the Middle East, India, Israel and the US.

A hugely experienced trainer/mentor, Aidan is highly-skilled in the development and delivery of all levels of Lean Six Sigma training.

Prior to moving into the world of consulting, Aidan held senior Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement roles with a number of a global organisations.

Aidan is a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management, a PG Dip in Project Management, and is an accomplished marathon runner.

Brian O’Brien

Partner & Head of Growth Strategies

With 20 years’ of highly-varied commercial experience, Bob is passionate about building trust-based relationships which deliver real business benefit to both sides.

Prior to 3SIXTY, Bob was responsible for international growth at an outsourced services business which saw him build the company’s UK presence from scratch resulting in a significant increase in shareholder value.

Previous to this, Bob was co-founder and Head of Growth with a multilingual services business headquartered in Poland, where he was responsible for building revenue, partnerships and brand from Day 1.

Over a 3-year period, revenue was built from zero to €5m, Sales offices were opened in London and Cork, investment was secured from a UK-based investor and a strategic partnership with a larger industry player was created.

A passionate believer in “Coffee Conversations” as the best starting point for any “Sales” discussion. Bob has an MSc. Strategic Management from University College Cork and enjoys running and cooking.

Margaret Cotter

Senior Operational Excellence Practitioner

A highly-experienced and strategic senior manager with significant experience of all aspects of operations management, including the introduction of new systems, procedures and processes to deliver operational and financial improvements.

Extensive experience in amalgamating multiple business areas into a single, centralized unit, Margaret is highly-skilled in end-to-end process reviews, process mapping and embedding best practice.

Proven track record in identifying and implementing operational improvements which deliver streamlined processes, cost reductions and improved customer experience.

Has led the management and development of large teams (50 people) in challenging, complex environments.

Margaret is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Mediator with huge experience in dispute resolution and a proven track record in successfully mediating several high-profile disputes.

Glyn Billinghurst

Glyn is an experienced executive level professional with over 25 years’ commercial and leadership experience with multinational organisations such as Walkers, PepsiCo, Unilever, Shoes for Crews and Munster Rugby.

Glyn’s professional passion lies in delivering positive results and accelerated growth through the development of leaders, teams, and organisations he works with. Glyn has a proven track record in business turnaround, change management, project management, team building and operational performance management.

As an Executive and Leadership Coach, Glyn is now on a journey of personal development, supporting his clients both personally and professionally, and is currently completing a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching at UCC.

Passionate about sport and supporting sporting organisations, Glyn is a mentor on the Sport Ireland M-Power mentoring programme which focusses on the development of individuals within Irish sporting organisations.

Susan O'Leary

As Administration Business Partner, Susan brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the team in 3SIXTY.

With a background in medical administration in the healthcare sector, she has honed her skills in providing efficient and valuable support in an administration capacity.

Susan takes pride in carrying out all tasks with great attention to detail. Susan is passionate about implementing our strong culture, values and goals across all areas of her work.

Along with a strong work ethic, Susan’s friendly and approachable demeanour help to foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Susan holds an Honours Business Degree from Munster Technological University (formerly CIT).

Dermot Cremin

Sales & Marketing Support

Dermot brings a passion for supporting the Sales and Marketing team, taking on the responsibility of ensuring that all outreach efforts align with the strategic goal of assisting clients in realising their full growth potential.

Over the past two years, Dermot has made a significant contribution to 3SIXTY’s Sales and Marketing efforts, where his involvement with the team has been instrumental in his personal and professional development.

Dermot is a final-year student at University College Cork where he is pursuing a degree in Digital Humanities & IT.

In addition to his academic and professional pursuits, Dermot has a huge interest in sport and is a keen rugby player.

John O’Leary

A hugely effective Coach with extensive Leadership Development and Business Transformation expertise, John is passionate about working with Leaders and Teams on all aspects of performance improvement, goal achievement and personal growth.

John has a genuine passion for working with people to help them unleash potential and improve performance.

A lifelong advocate of “alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”, John has been involved in teams all of his adult life – both in work and sporting environments. John is well-known nationally from his distinguished Gaelic football career, serving as Dublin goalkeeper for many successful years.

John loves nothing more than bringing all of this varied experience to his clients and seeing them grow as people and teams.

Prior to becoming part of 3SIXTY, John was Head of Growth & Performance at one of Ireland’s largest banks.

John also proudly serves on the board of the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.

Joanne Smalley

Growth Marketing Expert

Joanne is a highly experienced marketing consultant, focused on creating and delivering marketing strategies and activities that build brands, acquire customers and drive profitable revenue. With over 20 years’ B2B marketing experience in companies as diverse as large FTSE-listed corporates through to small technology start-ups, Joanne has a unique understanding of the different marketing challenges that businesses face.

Joanne works in a range of different ways for a diverse set of clients. This can involve providing interim support to get marketing activity delivering on business objectives, troubleshooting an underperforming marketing function, or supporting and training existing staff members to get a marketing team really performing.

Joanne’s focus is output driven – getting her clients to success as quickly as possible. She takes a highly pragmatic approach to marketing strategy and delivery, with a razor focus on outputs and client deliverables.
Joanne has a BA in Politics from Exeter University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Nottingham Business School.

Julie McCall

Positive Psychology Coach & Trainer

Julie is a Positive Psychology coach, trainer and facilitator, specialising in Positive Leadership, strengths-focussed team development and Positive Psychology. An authentic and trusted coach with vast experience working with individuals and teams. Prior to embarking on consulting career, Julie spent 25 years in senior management roles across IT, Finance and Outsourced Services. Julie’s coaching is informed by evidence-based Positive Psychology. Her approach is solution-orientated yet she brings a sense of warmth and empathy to her coaching work.

Julie’s qualifications include – Masters in Positive Psychology, University of East London (2009), Dip Life Coaching (2006), Dip Executive Coaching ICTI (2008), Dip in Health and Wellness Coaching Institute of Health Science (2014), Accredited Strengths Practitioner (2010), Accredited EQi Practitioner (2017). Julie also lectures part-time at University College Cork on the Masters in Applied Psychology (Positive and Coaching Psychology) Programme.

Brenda Roche

Brenda is a Positive Psychology coach, trainer and facilitator.

She specialises in teaching individuals and organisations how to develop resilience, raise personal awareness and develop into transformational Leaders.

Qualified Life and Business Coach with vast experience in developing Leadership Skills in people across all sectors. Takes pride in tailoring training for each unique audience. Has a love of learning and ensures that there is science and knowledge behind the approach to each client engagement.

Specialises in training individuals and organisations on how to develop their leadership and people management skills, build resilience, raise personal awareness and develop into transformational Leaders.

Qualifications include a Masters in Positive Psychology, teacher training in mindfulness and accreditations in both strengths-based approaches and the emotional intelligence indicator, EQi.

Frequent contributor on the RTE Today Show on the subject of positive psychology, Julie is solution-focused and her approach is informed by positive psychology and the neuroscience of behavioural change.

Juliet Murphy

Juliet is a highly-experienced facilitator, trainer, and qualified business coach.

Having won 8 All Irelands and 10 Munster titles with Cork Ladies Gaelic Football team, Juliet is widely regarded as one of the greatest players the sport has ever produced.

Juliet is hugely passionate about transferring the skills we learn on the sports field to our business lives and brings this unique perspective to the 3SIXTY team and our clients.

She believes her experience of helping to shape the culture of the Cork Ladies Gaelic Football team showed her first-hand how cultures can change and Juliet brings this understanding of the factors which contribute to embedding change to her work with 3SIXTY.

Juliet holds a primary degree in Business, a post graduate in Primary Education, and a MSc by research. Juliet’s specialist areas are business coaching and leadership & team development

Andras Horvath

Senior Operational Excellence Practitioner

Highly-experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record of delivering significant
operational and financial improvements to clients.

Extensive experience of delivering Operational Excellence programmes across sectors, including Financial Services, Outsourced Services, Food Production, Aviation and Manufacturing.

Passionate about untapping the power of data for clients and using it to deliver tangible results. Multilingual (fluent in English, Hungarian & Russian).

Detailed knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma curriculum. Andras has trained over 300 Green Belts and over 100 Black Belts.

Extensive international experience from working on projects in 14 countries.
