Discover
- Working alongside you and your team we carry out a deep-dive into your existing Sales & Marketing structure and activities
- Here, we identify areas for short/medium/long-term gains for your company across existing strategies, plans, routines, behaviours and skills
- This step is about getting (a) clarity and (b) alignment across a number of key areas which feed into your company’s ability to achieve your growth ambitions, including:
o Existing strategy
o Purpose
o Customers (why do customers buy from you? This is about data, not feelings…)
o What does your business actually do? What are you really good at? (a.k.a. Value Proposition)

o Sales, Marketing & Partnering
o What are the barriers to “selling more”?

Design
- In conjunction with your team, we will design an actionable Growth plan (incl. KPIs), specific to your business and your growth ambitions, based on the Discover stage
- This Growth plan will serve as a roadmap for your team. The objective being to deliver immediate and sustainable profitable revenue to support your company’s specific growth ambitions
- As part of this process, we use our extensive network to help clients test and validate current thinking (and later to pitch!). This helps inform product/market fit
Deliver
- This is where we help, support and mentor your people to execute the plan
- We provide ongoing support to you and your team to ensure what has been agreed during the Discover and Design stages is being delivered
- Our proven approach to this layer of oversight ensures there is a culture of accountability, the plan is staying on-track with KPIs being met and the results of the project are “sticking”
- We also use our extensive network of contacts to get clients in front of key targets
